Mikhail is the son of the current mayor of Bayron City, Masataka Hachisuka. He has carried on the beautiful appearance of the Hachisuka Clan, which has been passed on from the previous mayor of the city, who is also his grandfather. He is the student council president of the school that he attends, but due to his disapointing personality he is sometimes called the leftovers of the Hachisuka family.
Due to him having a different mother from his siblings, his characteristics are significantly different than that of his sisters.
