Linfa is the second daughter of the current mayor of Bayron City, Masataka Hachisuka. She assists her father as a deputy mayor and exercises strict leadership over domestic relations.
Unlike her sister, she has a very assertive and dynamic personality. She is said to be the most powerful of the three Hachisuka siblings.
She has been best friends with Ayano since they were students.
