VASoma Saito (JPN) / Howard Wang (ENG)

The small PMC, or private military company, I&S (Isamu & Shu) Office mainly handles the work of exterminating demons. Previously employed at the major PMC AAA Defender Co., he now runs I&S Office independently with Kisara. Personally, he is poor and always in trouble with money since he only undertakes contracts for specific jobs and sinks his earnings on things related to demon extermination.
